Products can be send to the Sontronic Repair Center using one of following delivery companies :
DHL, in case parcels send from Poland phone number 0801 345 345, pleas use our agreement number 1201052
DPD, in case parcels send from Poland phone number 22 577 55 55. Agreement number 53677 contact person Ms. Katarzyna Mikorzewska
In case of DPD delivery company all parcels and goods send within are insured according to our agreement with DPD only to the value of 5 000 PLN ( 1200 EUR ). If the value of the goods send to the Sontronic Repair Center excides that value please use DHL
All parcels must be send as standard parcels without other options as for example express which is additionally charged. In a delivery note model of your product/s and its value must be given obligatory for insurance purpose. All products should be packed in a way preventing them from being damaged during transportation. The origin box, if exists, is the best solution. Additional soft filling or foil is highly recommended.
